Oh, my goodness, I stay there. When I was 14 years old with my sister's mom and Grandma. It was the most beautiful elegant place. We had t sandwiches. I mean, it was just incredible. I'm never forget that place. I would like to come back now that I'm 70. That was 1969 I was 14 I never thought I saw anything more beautiful. What a beautiful life

I find it amazing that two tunes from this LP record DOMINO and SWAN LAKE BALLET have the IDENTICAL ARRANGEMENTS that the Ansel Wyatt combo used when they played in Sangre Grande,Trinidad in 1968.

This band held the highlife scene in the 60's and early 70's. I loved it when my uncle played this album very early in the morning daily on his Garard turn table while preparing for work. We had the song translated roughly into Igbo language. And you will notice the difference

I watched these artists perform at a Renaissance Festival decades ago and bought this album. I used to play it loudly in my front yard in the evenings and many of my neighbors would come out, sit on their front porches and listen, only going back inside after the music stopped. It was magical. I don't know what happened to my album, but I'm very glad to find it here on line. 😊

So happy to hear this album . Recall Christmas 1967 ( was seven at the time ) . This first Song dominated the airwaves. Never got the lyrics but would hum whenever it came on . Hummed for the past 50 years whenever it came back to me . Great work reviving this tradition .
